An Introduction To ALTO Homes
ALTO Homes was established by Dan Dalton and John O’Hara, a Creative Professional and
Banker respectively. Both have undertaken numerous renovations on properties over the
last two decades on both commercial and residential properties.
Between the directors personal properties and jointly owned business property we
currently (as of early 2022) own 14 properties; ranging from Residential Buy-To-Lets to Commercial High Street Property.

Our Directors
Dan Dalton is a hands on developer who runs the day to day management of ALTO, sourcing property, managing developments and ensuring deadlines are met.
John O'Hara provides the appropriate oversight, governance, and business tracking to ensure ALTO’s growth is sustainable
and predictable.
